  • Production positions vary and typically include working on packing conveyers, depositing systems, assembly tables and processing equipment.

Hours, Shifts, Pay

  • Monday – Friday (36-40 + hours/week)

Sales & Customer Service Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-Time & Seasonal            

Number of hires: 2 – 3 

We’re looking for a “Rock Star” Sales & Customer Service Support person to partner with our Sales Executives to collaborate with existing and new clients, help us handle high volumes of orders and inquiries, and support the growth of the company – always with a smile and a positive can-do attitude!  We can guarantee frequent interruptions, fast paced days, and daily samples of chocolate! We are committed to ongoing training for our entire team and will teach you the rest of the good stuff.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is eager to get your foot in the door at a fast paced, rapidly growing sales office.
  • Ability to learn new system order management including proprietary software systems.
  • Proven office administrative skills, order entry, Outlook, Excel, and Word is a real plus.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction capabilities. Acting as a client facing liaison.
  • Great organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a calm and patient demeanor in high-stress situations.
  • Accurate keyboard/typing skills and acting on the front lines with order entry/order revisions.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, print and packaging, and promotional products industry a real plus.


  • This is a full-time, hourly position = 40+ per week. Starting wage is $14.50+ per hour, depending on experience.
  • Business hours: Monday – Friday, 7am to 5pm (set work time TBD).
  • Seasonal employment through mid-December. There is a high potential for this to become full-time, non-seasonal employment after that.
  • 2 week in house training; training schedule hours may vary slightly (6-8 hr. days)
  • A variety of daily tasks may include sitting for long periods at a desk, filing and filling product samples, and assisting other departments such as production and shipping (standing for long periods of the day)
  • Applicants must be 18 or older.

Injection Molding Position

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the items shown below satisfactorily.

  • Is familiar with the company’s Quality Management System, including the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives and the impact the employee has on meeting the objectives. (Reference the Quality Manual, and the Quality Policy, Quality Objectives and Measurements)
  • Must have the ability to set up and tear down molds from Machines
  • Load processes into the Machine, start up and shut down
  • Machine Operator skills such as inspect parts per customer requirements, trim parts as needed and package as required
  • Knowledge of plastic processing and injection molds
  • Keep Injection Molding machines and auxiliary equipment running in a safe, productive, quality-the-first-time, and efficient manner
  • Ensure that production activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and all production is dispositioned and approved as required prior to further processing
  • Ensure safe working practices are followed and all accidents, hazards, near misses, and property damage are reported in the required time
  • Assist and provide training to the mold set-up technicians
  • Operate crane to replace molds
  • Operate forklift to transport molds
  • Remain current on forklift and crane training and certification as required by supervisor, manager, and/or Igloo Safety
  • Complete required paperwork
  • Responsible for mold change and machine adjustments
  • Conduct minor repairs
  • Primary responsibility for the monitoring and control of assigned process
  • Primary responsibility from the seeking of solutions for technical problems associated with assigned processes
  • Interface between Methods, Tooling, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality Control related to assigned processes
  • Verification of tooling, instructions, and materials prior to use on assigned processes
  • Promote Safety and Quality and Environmental awareness
  • Ensure that safety and quality requirements are fulfilled
  • Perform process verification prior to job commencement
  • Obtaining approved disposition for non-conformances prior to process continuation
  • Ensure work area(s) are maintained in a clean and organized manner
  • Ensure that scrap is minimized through process enhancements
  • Stop the production of non-conforming product as recommended by management
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed to meet Company objectives
  • Minimum Qualification Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years previous plastic injection molding experience and/or training preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience working with machines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with the following large tonnage Plastic Injection Molding machines
  • Ability to apply and carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Computer usage and typing skills are essential
  • Continuous standing, walking, stretching, reaching, bending, and stooping required
  • Ability to continuously lift and/or move up to 30-50lbs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 75lbs
  • Be able to deal with a fast-paced environment
  • Have Material Handling Knowledge and a strong motivation to learn
  • Display mechanical aptitude
  • We are a drug free work place
  • Employment dependent on background check EOE
