  1. This is some really interesting advice; I wouldn’t have thought about it, but I guess asking around for chocolate recommendations could be a pretty good way to start looking. After all, if you have friends that bake a lot or even work at a restaurant they probably have suggestions for what kind of chocolate supplier you should choose. It’s also likely that they’ve already gone through the process of looking for a supplier themselves, so you know you can at least somewhat trust their recommendation.

    • Absolutely Callum, we live and breathe chocolate so gain so much experience working with it daily, as do many other chocolate lovers with their work or by their hobby.
